Joe Neuerburg

Joe has spent the last twenty plus years building relationships throughout the country in and around the commercial real estate industry. In this time, he’s been involved in both underwriting and originating over $1.25 billion of loans for various real estate projects, including land, development, construction, bridge, mini-perm, and permanent financing. This includes residential, multifamily, assisted living/memory care, office, retail, industrial, self-storage, and hotel properties. 

Joe is a Partner and Principal with ONE80 Capital Advisors, LLC; at ONE80, he focuses on sourcing debt for commercial real estate projects throughout all stages from land to permanent financing, as well as mezzanine debt, PACE financing, preferred equity, and JV equity.

Joe serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Department of Economics, Finance and Marketing at the University of Central Missouri. In October of 2016, he and his wife co-founded a non-profit organization, Isaac's Dream to build a school in Ghana, Africa, as a tool to combat child slavery. Joe is a 1994 graduate from the University of Central Missouri with degrees in Finance and Management.
