Jeffrey Wheeler

Jeff is directly involved with and oversees all capital initiatives, with emphasis on sourcing both debt and equity solutions as well as arranging critical public-private partnerships. Prior to co-founding ONE80 Capital Advisors, he was a Managing Partner for RED Legacy, where he helped grow the spin-off company to 80 employees and nearly 3 million square feet of new and re-developed retail. Previously, Jeff was Chairman and CEO of a $2 billion financial institution, where he developed, refined, and implemented corporate strategies, policies, goals, and objectives. The institution had nearly 400 employees operating in five states. During his 20 years in banking, he developed a core competency in real estate finance and managed more than $3.5 billion in structured debt solutions to the nation’s top developers and investors. Jeff has a deep understanding of the real estate business. He holds a BS/BA in Finance from Missouri State University and is an active member of ICSC and ULI.
